Ready to start or level up your power yoga practice? In this workshop led by Liz Sutton, we’ll break down the foundational poses that form the core of our sequence—think Down Dog, Upward Dog, Low Plank, and more. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your alignment, this session will give you the tools to build strength, confidence, and flow.

Expect plenty of hands-on guidance, tips for optimizing your practice, and a supportive space to ask questions.

This workshop is limited to just 10 participants, ensuring a relaxed, comfortable setting with plenty of personalized attention.

Pricing: $35, with a 15% discount for all active members.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 48 hours ahead of the scheduled workshop time so that someone else can take your spot. Credit for the value of the workshop will be issued back to your account. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, a refund will not be issued.
