Join us for a 90-minute Mindfulness workshop designed to help you understand mindfulness not as a state you “achieve,” but as a lifelong relationship with awareness. Through meditation, storytelling, gentle practice, and discussion, you’ll learn how mindfulness strengthens compassion, clarity, and resilience both on and off the mat.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the roots of mindfulness in Buddhist tradition, its evolution into modern psychology and wellness, and the practical tools that help us know, train, and free the mind. You’ll learn what mindfulness truly is (and what it’s not), experience foundational practices like Vipassana, Anchoring, and Loving-Kindness. We’ll explore how to carry mindfulness beyond meditation—into conversations, parenting, teaching, stressful moments, and the simple pauses of daily life. Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll leave with accessible strategies for returning to presence again and again, cultivating compassion, and living with more connection and intention.
This workshop is part of our 200-Hour Teacher Training and is designed for yoga teachers or anyone who is interested in expanding their yoga knowledge and skillset.
