This workshop will empower those who enjoy running (in any form) to uncover how their yoga practice can best support their running journey. Britt will leave you with a short & realistic warm up & cool down flow to incorporate before and after runs. We will also work through several ways to modify the Power Yoga practice to accommodate your running goals. Whether you are a marathoner or a casual jogger, this workshop will give you powerful long-term tools!

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: Please cancel 48 hours ahead of the scheduled workshop time so that someone else can take your spot. Credit for the value of the workshop will be issued back to your account. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, a refund will not be issued.
